At Vinatea & Toyama, I advised multinational clients on employment risks, including worker classification, outsourcing, and employee transfers. I also drafted and reviewed agreements and internal policies addressing how these arrangements worked in practice.
I represented clients in complex labor disputes across energy, banking, construction, and manufacturing, preparing procedural filings and participating in conciliation and trial hearings. I also supported collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations.
At the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, I researched how climate-transition risk affects valuation, cash-flow assumptions, discount rates, and damages in regulated industries; publication is forthcoming. I hold an LL.B. from the University of Piura, where I graduated first in my class.
