At BXBox, I designed a FastAPI service connecting Rocket.Chat and UVdesk with an LLM agent using tool calling and RAG. It automated about 35% of routine requests, and I helped migrate about 100,000 tickets without stopping support.

I’ve also developed Python systems for marketplace price monitoring, high-load Twitter parsing, private chat management, and cryptocurrency arbitrage. I build backend services, APIs, integrations, scrapers, queues, and LLM tooling, working from design through launch and support.
