What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build secure, scalable backend and distributed systems, with opportunities to shape architecture, strengthen API security, mentor engineers, and improve production reliability.

I've led backend architecture, API security, and distributed systems work for Garflied Health West, Centauro Solutions, Ampstek/Infosys, and Horsefly Analytics.

At Centauro Solutions, I led technical direction for a payments platform that combined serverless AWS services with Java and Spring Boot. I built Python AWS Lambda services, payment APIs, JWT authentication, Cognito and Keycloak authorization, and helped move synchronous REST workflows to Kafka-driven architecture.

At Ampstek/Infosys, I served as the Apache Solr expert lead, improving ingestion pipelines, query design, schema modeling, relevance tuning, and search reliability. I also drove the migration from standalone Solr to Kubernetes- and Docker-based SolrCloud on AWS.

Earlier at Horsefly Analytics, I designed distributed ETL, search, analytics, and API platforms processing millions of records. I enjoy leading technical design, mentoring engineers, hardening APIs, troubleshooting production systems, and building reliable event-driven services.
