At CSW, I designed, built and deployed a production multi-agent system that answers questions about SEIA filings and environmental regulation with verifiable citations, reviews ICSARA requests and Addenda, and generates territorial maps.
At BuildWithin, I developed production platforms for workforce programs, including a conversational assessment and candidate-matching platform for USCYBERCOM’s Cyber Talent Management Organization. I also built a document pipeline where AI extracts information, typed code validates it, and a person confirms eligibility.
At INTA and the University of Chile, I applied interpretable machine learning to patient data in the national screening and follow-up program for inborn errors of metabolism. My research includes 11 indexed papers, and I bring that scientific rigor to AI systems running in production.
