I’m seeking remote roles across all time zones where I can combine bilingual customer support, scheduling, CRM/PMS accuracy, and documentation to solve issues quickly—while continuing my Google Cybersecurity learning.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service and administrative professional with 5+ years of international experience across hospitality, trade operations, and executive support environments in the US, Ireland, Israel, Uruguay, and Paraguay. I’m detail-oriented, proactive, and I stay calm under pressure while delivering consistent, cross-cultural service.

In my most recent role as a Front Desk Agent at Westin Hotel (Marriott), I delivered high-touch guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment—managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and VIP arrivals at the same time. I resolved complaints in real time using the Marriott LEARN method (Listen, Empathize, Apologize, React, Notify), de-escalating difficult situations without supervisor escalation.

I also handled critical systems and accuracy needs daily, operating Lightspeed PMS for reservations, billing, audits, night shift reporting, and room blocking. I diagnosed and corrected billing discrepancies with 100% accuracy, coordinated time-sensitive requests cross-departmentally via radio and ticketing systems, and processed cash, credit card, and digital payments across high-volume shifts—managing folios and resolving billing disputes.

Before hospitality, I served as an Import & International Trade Assistant at ALAS SA, where I coordinated logistics with international suppliers, tracked shipments, and resolved delays in real time via email and phone. I prepared and verified import documentation, acted as a single point of contact for freight forwarders and customs brokers, calculated customs duties/VAT/clearance fees, and monitored inventory levels to reduce stock gaps through proactive planning—while continuing to build my remote-compatible capabilities like documentation, CRM/PMS workflows, and cross-team coordination. I’m currently completing a Google Cybersecurity Certificate and I’m available for remote roles across all time zones.
