I’ve grown through retail roles by delivering reliable service and improving how the store operates day to day. I started as a cashier and advanced to store leadership, where I owned key responsibilities across customer experience and product handling.

In my current position as a store manager, I receive products, supervise quality, and ensure strong customer support. I also segment products based on their area to keep organization clear and operations running smoothly.

Previously, in a hardware/retail environment, I began with customer attention and product advice, then moved into cash handling, delivery control coordination, and audit of vendors’ invoicing. I bring leadership, clear communication, and organized execution to every shift.
