I’ve shipped at scale on Korea’s leading SMB fintech super-app (Cashnote from Korea Credit Data corporation) and Toss Bank (Viva Republica - 10 billion dollar Korean unicorn), defining component architecture, turning fragmented UI patterns into production-ready systems, and partnering tightly with Flutter teams to deliver pixel-perfect UI with low implementation friction. I led cross-functional standardization that cut UI complexity fast (e.g., 47 button variants down to 8), and designed complex transaction-heavy features used by millions.

My strongest edge for iGaming is designing the “hard parts” of regulated, conversion-sensitive journeys: onboarding and verification (KYC/AML), friction-managed risk checks, deposit/withdrawal payment flows, clear error states and recovery, and responsible UX patterns that protect users while maintaining momentum. I also bring a growth lens from leading a 30-person marketing team—so I’m comfortable designing promo surfaces, lifecycle touchpoints, and retention mechanics with measurable impact.
