Alamin Bashar
@alaminbashar
Computer Science student at Nile University of Nigeria building a fingerprint identity verification system to help prevent examination impersonation.
NigeriaWhat I'm looking for
At Nile University of Nigeria, I’m developing a digital identity verification system for examinations, using fingerprint authentication to address examination impersonation. The project combines a React 18 and TypeScript interface with Supabase/PostgreSQL records and a simulated SHA-based hashing mechanism.
During my internship at Bratim Business School, I managed and updated website content and supported web-development activities using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I also assisted with IT operations, including basic troubleshooting and network documentation.
At KSolutions, I participated in practical web-development activities and developed front-end projects, including a trivia game that retrieves questions through a public API. I also practised Python by building a band-name generator and a tip calculator.
I’m seeking internship opportunities in Cybersecurity or Data Analysis where I can apply my academic knowledge, build practical industry skills, and contribute to a professional team.
