I’m a dedicated Language and Communications professional with passion for teaching (online and classroom), and over 10 years of experience. I’m skilled in scriptwriting, editing, proofreading, public speaking, translation (English/Yorùbá), and subtitling, and I bring strong multitasking, independent working, and a people-first approach grounded in patience and empathy.

I’ve taught English language courses to non-native speakers by focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, and by designing interactive lessons that drive active participation and language practice. I provide personalized feedback and additional support to help learners build fluency, and I’m committed to supporting both academic success and personal growth.

I also contribute beyond the classroom: I played a key role in improving poorly translated English textbooks in South Sudan (originally translated from Arabic) and revised the English curriculum for grades 7 to Senior 3 in UN/CRS-supported schools in Cairo, Egypt—work that led to better performance in internal and external English examinations. I’m energized by curriculum development, assessment and evaluation, and integrating technology and audio-visual teaching aids to strengthen learning outcomes.
