Akwinata Charles

I’m a Computer Engineering graduate with a strong foundation in computer science, software development, hardware systems, and IT support. I bring hands-on ability in troubleshooting, networking, programming, and embedded systems, and I’m known as a fast learner, good communicator, and proactive team player. In my final year, I designed and implemented a Fire Fighting Robot using sensors and microcontroller programming.

I’ve supported ICT operations through industrial training at NAOT as IT Support, where I assisted in troubleshooting systems, maintaining ICT equipment, supporting users, and handling general IT support tasks. I then gained networking and telecommunications experience at TTCL, and I’m currently an IT Sales Executive at SD Group Company, identifying customer needs, presenting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and collaborating with technical teams for delivery and after-sales support. I’m committed to delivering efficient technical solutions in a dynamic, growth-oriented technology environment.
