I built Ping AI, a production multi-tenant SaaS where businesses configure an AI sales agent to answer customers on WhatsApp and Instagram and capture leads. Three paying businesses use it, including two travel agencies and a psychology practice.
For Ping AI, I built an LLM engine using the OpenAI API, with RAG over each business’s knowledge base, tool calling for tasks like bookings, and structured replies. I replaced model-written booking confirmations with database-based templates to eliminate false confirmations.
At Zip Booking, I built the REST API for a multi-tenant appointment-management SaaS with Django REST Framework and PostgreSQL. I implemented JWT authentication and tenant-specific authorization, and optimized queries to reduce API response time by 30%.
At Proofworks, I migrated production MongoDB collections to Amazon DynamoDB with zero data loss and resolved backend bugs. At Bilisim Garaji, I worked alongside a senior engineer to integrate educational games into the LMS and delivered interactive games with Phaser.js and TypeScript.
