What I'm looking for

I’d like to keep owning factory and operations execution—vendors, inventory, logistics—while using financial analysis and reporting to improve costs and decisions.

I oversee end-to-end factory operations at Pitambara Namkeen, including raw material planning, production scheduling, and quality control. I manage vendor relationships and procurement for oils, spices, and packaging, keeping supply consistent through pricing negotiations and quality checks.

On the operations side, I supervise and coordinate factory floor staff to maintain production efficiency and hit daily output targets. I also manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to minimize wastage and keep stock levels optimal, while handling logistics and distribution to deliver on time to retailers and distributors.

Earlier, as a Finance Intern at Pitambara Namkeen, I analyzed financial statements and cost trends in MS Excel to support data-driven decisions, including processing invoices and daily financial transactions. I bring that same analytical approach into financial modeling, financial reporting, and research work like my COVID-19 impact study on small businesses.
