At JPMorgan Chase, I provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for campus buildings, branch offices and two data centers. I deployed an Arista leaf-spine fabric using BGP EVPN and VXLAN, and support rollouts through CloudVision.
I administer Palo Alto firewalls through Panorama and help strengthen audit compliance by removing shadowed, unused and over-permissive rules. I also troubleshoot branch and vendor VPN tunnels and support GlobalProtect.
To automate network changes, I wrote Python and Ansible workflows for daily configuration backups, compliance audits and bulk VLAN and SNMP changes across several hundred devices. I also provision Azure network resources with Terraform under peer-reviewed change control.
Previously, at CVS Health, I supported a multi-site network over MPLS and broadband, built backup paths, and assisted with migrating selected firewall rules to Palo Alto. At Philips Healthcare, I delivered Tier 1/2 NOC support and worked on network configuration, troubleshooting and site migrations alongside senior engineers.
