I am a Quality Assurance Engineer with five years of extensive experience in both manual and automated testing. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Anna University, where I developed a solid foundation in software development and testing methodologies. Over the years, I have honed my skills in various testing techniques, including Unit Testing, Systems Integration Testing, Regression Analysis, and User Acceptance Testing.

At IBM, I successfully performed comprehensive testing for web-based applications, particularly for the AT&T project, where I utilized tools like SQL and Postman to ensure data integrity and accurate API exchanges. My role involved developing and maintaining test strategies and scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing automated testing frameworks using TestNG. My commitment to quality assurance is reflected in my ability to define and monitor key QA metrics, ensuring that software applications meet the highest standards of quality.

Previously, at ARL Zeiss India, I took ownership of QA for significant projects involving BMW and Nissan, where I documented requirements, managed application deployments, and engaged with stakeholders for design reviews. My proactive approach led to the successful resolution of application issues and contributed to a $3 million expansion project. I am passionate about delivering quality software and continuously improving testing processes to enhance overall application performance.
