What I'm looking for

Looking for a job in which I have the power to make impactful decisions in regards to my work. A place where I can take ownership of my work.

At Bitqcode Quantitative Capital, I build a self-improving multi-agent LangGraph pipeline running continuously on Claude via AWS Bedrock, with auditable strategy provenance in PostgreSQL. I also led a RAG and knowledge-graph research layer spanning approximately 8,000 papers, achieving recall@5 of 0.91 and NDCG@10 of 0.89.

Previously at Tredence Analytics for Thorne, I built churn prediction and CLTV systems, an AWS Bedrock RAG pipeline for a 1,500-product catalog, and FastAPI services for semantic retrieval. I also developed a Selenium catalog-validation engine at Sharaf DG that reduced manual screening time by approximately 80%.
