What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build my career in a growing organization where I can accept challenges, prove my abilities, support organizational goals, and continue learning and growing.

At Mahabal Metals Pvt. Ltd. in Miraj, I work on facility maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime and support reliable operations.

I review and generate daily downtime reports, analyze downtime trends, conduct maintenance audits, and maintain daily, monthly, and yearly air and oil consumption records. I also coordinate proactively with suppliers and equipment manufacturers, manage spare parts, and support preventive, predictive, lubrication, and calibration activities.

I use Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Tableau to visualize operational insights and support data processing and cleaning. My focus is reducing MTTR, increasing MTBF, and working toward zero breakdowns through continuous learning and commitment.

I have also built projects including an automatic hand sanitizer, a GUI-based image converter, and a Raspberry Pi and Python blood group detection machine using image processing.
