At TechnoGen, Inc, I architected HCP Messenger, a GenAI-powered healthcare knowledge assistant using RAG over regulated content. I built Java and Spring Boot microservices for ingestion, retrieval, and response synthesis, with guardrails, PII redaction, and audit logging.
At HCL Technologies, I architected cloud-native platforms for United Airlines and Deutsche Bank, including real-time airline operations and risk analytics. My work included event-driven services, secure APIs, resilience and observability improvements, and containerized deployments on AWS.
