@akhileshsamy1
I build data dashboards and research insights that improve decisions, outreach, and operational efficiency.
IndonesiaWhat I'm looking for
At mobiusengine.ai, I built an Excel recruitment analytics dashboard that tracked candidate touchpoints and reduced pipeline review time by two hours per week. I also grew LinkedIn reach by 20% in 30 days through redesigned outreach and targeting criteria.
I'm currently researching underemployment among engineering graduates in India at the International Institute of SDG's and Public Policy Research, using quantitative analysis to identify structural and systemic factors. My projects include a Power BI e-commerce dashboard analyzing 2,500 orders across 14 countries and a 10-year India CPI inflation analysis.
I've also created Tableau dashboards through Deloitte Australia's data analytics simulation and designed scalable cloud hosting architecture in AWS. I work with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Figma, and Python, and bring clear communication, adaptability, and teamwork to data-focused work.
