Built and enhanced Amazon FBA inbound workflows for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Developed backend APIs and asynchronous services using .NET and AWS SQS, and implemented real-time operational updates using SignalR.

Contributed to system architecture design and development for a royalty and intellectual property management platform. Led distributed teams, managed sprint planning and release coordination, and modernized legacy reporting by migrating 300+ Crystal Reports to RDLC and SSRS.

Developed and implemented a comprehensive ERP system for the garment and textile industry, including deployments at Plummy Fashions Limited and Badon Fashions Limited. Developed key ERP modules such as Financial, Inventory, Merchandising, Production & Planning, Commercial & Supply Chain, and Human Resource Management & Payroll.

Designed data-driven web frameworks, entry forms, views, built client websites, fixed bugs, and tested. Utilized technology stacks such as ASP.NET MVC4, Web API, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, SSRS, Entity Framework, Stored Procedure, Function.

Conducted training, created courseware, mentored freshers, took exams, provided reports, and executed responsibilities. Course content included C#, OOP, Windows Forms, ASP.NET Web Forms, SQL, WCF, Crystal Reports, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Developed software architecture and provided technical leadership for multiple web-based systems for the Bangladesh Navy and BPSC. Contributed to the E-Recruitment System for BPSC and led development of the Bangladesh Naval Officer Information System (BNOIS).
