At Citi, I develop multi-agent AI workflows for reporting analytics, with specialized agents handling report processing, analysis, insight generation, and workflow execution. I also built a proof-of-concept semantic layer for a product knowledge hub using ontology concepts, Python-based knowledge-graph libraries, and LLMs.
I developed RAG-based GenAI solutions to automate reporting workflows and built and maintained automated controls using Python, pandas, Selenium, openpyxl, and AutoIt. These controls reduced manual execution effort by approximately 90% and saved 4–5 FTEs.
Previously, as a Data Analyst – Digital Wealth at Citi, I analyzed customer behavior and usage of Citi mobile and web applications using SQL and Python. I also applied XGBoost, NLP, and GenAI techniques to analytics use cases, including examining patterns among credit-card customers who converted and those who did not.
