I’m looking to lead enterprise Agile delivery and engineering excellence—owning governance, executive reporting, and GenAI-enabled productivity improvements—while partnering cross-functionally on ISO-compliant quality systems and sustainable process standardization.

I’m a strategic technology leader with 15+ years of experience driving enterprise Agile transformation, delivery governance, and engineering excellence. I’ve governed 10+ enterprise programs and supported 200+ Jira users through organization-wide governance frameworks, while building executive reporting that delivers automated visibility into epics, stories, story points, issue health, sprint status, and delivery metrics for 300+ headcount engagements.

I lead GenAI-based productivity measurement and AI-enabled Jira governance initiatives, including AI-assisted ticket sanity validation and Copilot-powered natural-language-to-JQL conversion to improve reporting efficiency and user adoption. I also serve as an organization-wide Quality Management System (QMS) focal point for SDLC, engineering, and support functions, conducting ISO 9001-aligned audits, reporting Non-Conformities and Opportunities for Correction, and strengthening process compliance across delivery from initiation through closure.
