At L&T Heavy Engineering, I work on the mechanical design of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and specialized equipment for petrochemical, petroleum, and power plant industries. I prepare BOMs and technical documentation, and review RFQs for project and manufacturing requirements.
My design projects include TEMA-standard shell-and-tube exchangers and breach lock HH and HL type exchangers. I apply ASME BPVC Section VIII, API 660, TEMA, and Chevron standards in design and technical documentation.
At ZF Rane Automotive India, I worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer, supporting assembly operations and manufacturing documentation. I implemented Kaizen and root cause analysis initiatives to address rejection and process stability.
During my Tata Motors Pantnagar internship, I improved First Shot OK from 94% to 98% using DMAIC and Pareto analysis. I also studied a double-slope solar still using phase changing material as an academic project.
