I'm seeking a Claim Analyst, Medical Investigation Executive, or Medical Reviewer role where I can apply clinical knowledge, documentation skills, and analysis to accurate, efficient, and compliant medical claim processing.

I've reviewed medical claims at Brainbird, verifying diagnoses, treatment records, discharge summaries, investigation reports, and supporting documents for completeness and policy compliance.

As Head of the TPA & Insurance Desk at HCG Cancer Hospital, I led cashless approvals and reimbursement claims for oncology patients, coordinating pre-authorizations, documentation, queries, and settlement follow-ups with TPAs and insurers.
