At Cengage Group, I consolidate North America HED financials and provide monthly analysis of performance, growth drivers, costs, risks, and opportunities. I also manage budgeting and forecasting for groups within HED.
I developed flexible financial models and workforce forecasts, and played an important role in SAP/SAC implementation and system optimization. I also created reporting for Treasury’s cash management program.
At eClinicalWorks LLC, I streamlined finance procedures and implemented a financial dashboard for capital and operating budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis. Vendor and purchasing improvements saved $1M in the first year, and a corporate card audit process saved half a million dollars in its first five months.
Earlier, I supported business analysis and data migration work at BNY Mellon and financial planning at Hi-Z Technology Inc. At India Tourism Development Corporation, I developed a business strategy for Jammu Ashok Hotel and proposed a sales plan based on financial analysis.
