At CERNN, UTFPR, I study the rheological behavior of hydrate slurries in water/oil emulsion systems. I designed and ran systematic experiments on emulsion stability, surfactant chemistry, and hydrate formation, and developed ASTM-compliant SOPs for high-pressure rheological tests.
At Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, I investigated how particle–polymer interactions shape the dynamic rheology of polymer composites. My work examined reinforcement in polymer melt systems and the aging of polyisoprene rubber/clay composites, using rheological and morphological characterization.
I also managed a DST INSPIRE-funded R&D project, mentored graduate students, and taught chemical engineering laboratory courses. Earlier, at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), I synthesized carbon nanotubes using fluidized bed CVD and studied how processing conditions affected their structural properties.
