Felipe Vital

I work at the Centro Nacional de Pesquisa em Energia e Materiais (CNPEM), supporting the scientific community as a User Service Specialist and helping enable experiments and efficient use of research facilities.

My background includes more than 10 years of research at one of the world’s largest synchrotron light laboratories, spanning undergraduate research, a master’s degree, and doctoral studies in condensed matter physics.

I combine practical experimental physics with materials characterization, thin films, nanomaterials, spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy to connect cutting-edge science with researchers’ challenges.
