At the Government of Montserrat, I coordinate national statistical initiatives across government departments and stakeholders, supporting planning, field operations, data workflows, and reporting.
I lead analysis for major statistical surveys using SPSS and Microsoft Excel to produce official reports and outputs for senior stakeholders. I also improve procedures, documentation, and disaster recovery processes.
At CAGE Antigua & Barbuda, I coordinated deployment of 150 devices across 13 operational sites and supervised three technicians. I planned installation and maintenance activities and supported the transition to ongoing operational use.
Across project-based work at A&M Solutions, I coordinated user research, requirements gathering, wireframes, and prototypes through design and delivery. I also developed a Social Media and Community Outreach Policy at New Legacy.
