I'm seeking remote or UK-based IT support, infrastructure, systems, or network support opportunities where I can help maintain and restore business-critical services.

At Bank of Montserrat, I deliver first- and second-line support for a regulated banking environment, resolving hardware, software, access, connectivity, and business-application issues.

I administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, ManageEngine UEMS, SentinelOne, Dameware, Auvik, Windows systems, and Proxmox virtual environments. I also support ATM systems, CCTV deployments, structured cabling, network connectivity, inventory, and external technology providers.

During a major power-surge outage, I helped rebuild affected server environments, restore network connectivity, coordinate software reinstallation, and return critical banking services to operation.
