I’m looking for a hands-on field role where I can diagnose and repair HVAC or technical equipment, keep customers informed, and grow with a team that values safety, quality documentation, and continuous learning.

I’m a hands-on technician who blends technical troubleshooting with customer support. At Mercury Controls Inc, I delivered “exceptional customer service” by responding to inquiries across phone, email, and chat, resolving issues professionally, and escalating complex cases to senior support when needed.

I also install, inspect, and test HVAC systems—covering ductwork, piping, and electrical and mechanical components—while performing maintenance like cleaning coils and filters, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing parts as needed.

Earlier, at Cool RaysAC & Heating, I diagnosed and repaired issues in thermostats, compressors, motors, and fans, using “manifold gauges” and “anemometers” to pinpoint refrigerant leaks and electrical faults. Before that, at Advanced Imaging Group, I supported service for medical imaging equipment (MRI, CT, PET/CT), managing parts and inventory, assisting with installation/testing/calibration, and keeping records accurate for quarterly audits.
