At IdeasLab Formosa, I led R&D on the 2D-to-3D pose-lifting system behind XView AI, a markerless golf-swing analysis app. I reduced mean per-joint 3D error from 8 cm to 3 cm and improved reconstruction fidelity under occlusion and fast motion.
I shipped the analysis pipeline on-device on Apple ARM silicon via Core ML, with no cloud round-trip or footage leaving the handset. The iOS app is used by PGA Tour professionals.
At President Information Corp, I led the vision architecture for a real-time planogram compliance system deployed across more than 7,000 7-ELEVEN stores in Taiwan. I also built inference across cloud and edge using NVIDIA Metropolis microservices, TAO Toolkit, DeepStream, and TensorRT.
My work spans 3D vision, evaluation, and applied AI. I also built projects including Biomech Emcee, a WebMCP workspace with 13 typed tools, and CarbonPass, a local-first vision-language system for factory carbon accounting.
