At MTN Nigeria, I design and build production automations for billing delivery, network downtime notifications, SLA chargeback and reconciliation, using Power Automate Desktop, Python, SQL Server and REST APIs. I also wrote the flow design fundamentals and naming conventions reference used for internal builds.

At Waje Smart Solutions, I automated client processes and delivered around 50 automations, mostly on Blue Prism, after starting as a business analyst documenting client processes. At Autonomate LTD, I delivered Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for clients including HSBC and Care UK.

I founded Innovative SkillBridge, where I designed RPA curricula and train junior automation developers. I’ve also led a platform and flows workstream on a three-developer Power Apps and Power Automate build, and I write regularly on LinkedIn about RPA, AI and Power Automate practice.
