At Deggendorf Institute of Technology, I analyzed pharmacogenomic variants across 2,504 genomes and modeled the costs of universal preventive testing in R. My research found that risk varied by ancestry but wasn’t predictable from ancestry, and I’m currently working on a CADD project screening compounds against BCL-2 and BTK.
At Accenture, I processed more than 6,000 individual case safety reports in Argus Safety, with a 98% quality rate, and helped improve case assignment and reconciliation efficiency by 40%. I’m moving from pharmacy into bioinformatics, bringing experience in drug safety, clinical pharmacology, and scientific research.
