At Cognizant, I build production AI and multi-agent systems for Fortune 500 clients, including Sysco and PepsiCo. I delivered a Google ADK credit-automation pipeline that processes 1,500+ Salesforce cases daily at 47% end-to-end automation.
I design agent workflows, risk decisioning, RAG systems, knowledge-graph query experiences, and scalable FastAPI microservices. My work spans Google Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, Neo4j, Pinecone, Docker, and Kubernetes.
I’ve also built GenAI orchestration and Responsible AI services for RAG evaluation, guardrails, and drift monitoring. I use Python, LLMs, LangChain, CrewAI, model evaluation, and cloud deployment to turn complex workflows into reliable intelligent automation.
