At Pinnacle Systems, I lead the architecture and modernization of custom ERP platforms and business-support applications for small-business clients. I translate operational workflows into maintainable designs and stay hands-on through implementation, testing, and production support.

At Capital One, I designed image-upload and retrieval REST APIs for the Enterprise Imaging Platform and developed Kafka-based microservices for card-fraud event processing. I also architected and deployed the Associate Talent Development Tool on AWS and built full-stack capabilities for it.
