At BLIS (T-MOBILE), I lead privacy and contractual due diligence across international markets, negotiate Data Processing Agreements, and support privacy assessments and incident reviews. I also developed a prototype DSAR intake workflow using Google Apps Script and LLM-based data extraction.
At PAIGAM, I built the organisation's legal and compliance infrastructure from scratch and owned GDPR compliance for its EU-facing partnerships. I created its first data governance framework and processing-activity record, and drafted data-sharing agreements with EU and Indian research institutions.
As an independent privacy and tech counsel, I advised technology clients on GDPR obligations in SaaS and licensing arrangements and drafted and negotiated related agreements. I'm CIPP/E-certified and bring a computer science background to privacy work with legal, product, engineering, and information security teams.
