I designed an LLM-based AI agent to automate Veracode vulnerability remediation, dependency upgrades, and pull request creation, achieving 85% accuracy and 90% proficiency. I also developed a RAG-based chatbot that automatically resolves recurring customer issues, reducing developer escalations by 35%.

Earlier at LogicMonitor, I worked on monitoring capabilities for Syslog, Windows Events, and Kubernetes, alongside security, performance, and reliability improvements.
