Aisha Razi
@aisharazi
Youth Forum Coordinator with strong leadership, event planning, and data-driven problem solving.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Youth Forum Coordinator with a track record of independent leadership, critical thinking, and dependable follow-through. I’m known for communicating effectively, building trust, and staying organized under time pressure.
Through roles with Girl Guides of Canada and other community organizations, I coordinate events and support students with the resources they need to achieve results. I also bring DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) training, community engagement, public speaking, and conflict resolution into every team setting.
I combine technical knowledge with practical logistics—using problem-solving and data analysis approaches to plan, improve, and execute. As a Campus Ambassador and ongoing volunteer (including peer support and research experiences), I focus on impact, rapid learning, and adapting quickly to changing situations.
