What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use empathetic communication and active listening to support others with dignity. I want a team-focused environment that values calm problem-solving and helps me keep growing toward behavioral health and social work.

I’m a compassionate and dependable customer service professional with more than four years of experience in customer service, retail, and childcare. I communicate with empathy, stay calm under pressure, and build trusting relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

In fast-paced environments like Kroger and retail settings such as the Salvation Army Family Store and Sprouts Farmers Market, I deliver professional, attentive service. I listen carefully to concerns, resolve issues with empathy, adapt communication to customer needs, and collaborate with teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Beyond retail, I bring firsthand understanding of supportive, person-centered care from working as a self-employed childcare provider and through independent housekeeping work. In both roles, I prioritized safety, consistent communication, and reliability—building trust through patience, organization, and strong work ethic.

I’m also pursuing an Associate of Arts with relevant coursework in psychology and sociology, and I’m committed to growing in the behavioral health field. With my passion for mental health and lived experience navigating recovery and mental health services, I want to contribute compassionate, evidence-informed support while continuing toward a Bachelor of Social Work.
