I’m an operations, supply chain, and data control professional with experience in retail, purchasing, international trade, and Inditex-related operations. I focus on identifying discrepancies, validating operational information, and improving processes using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems. I bring a hybrid business-and-data profile with strong autonomy and a practical approach to problem-solving.

In my current Purchasing Operations & Data Control role, I record and validate international supplier invoices in the ERP, checking quantities, costs, currencies, discounts, and product references. I reconcile information across supplier invoices, Excel files, import documentation, and system data, and I resolve discrepancies involving amounts, units, weights, and exchange rates. I also use advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and reference transformation) to streamline manual controls and improve data quality, while supporting incoming goods checks and administrative purchasing.

Previously, in Stock Control & Product Operations for Inditex Project - Serviguide, I managed and analyzed inventory, returns, and product movements across logistics centers to ensure data consistency and stock availability. I diagnosed operational issues through data analysis using AS400, WMS, Excel, and Power BI, and I contributed to weekly reporting on returns across Spain and Europe by validating data and identifying deviations. I also coordinated returns, donations, transportation, delivery notes, and commercial documentation across multiple markets.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Buyer, coordinating with design teams and suppliers to communicate product, material, quality, and production requirements, while monitoring purchase orders through to product receipt. I also sourced and evaluated materials and suppliers for new collections, strengthening my end-to-end understanding of how purchasing decisions impact operational outcomes. Before that, as an Import Operations Specialist, I managed sea freight operations and international trade documentation (HBLs, MBLs, customs declarations, bookings, and SOIVRE inspections), collaborating with customers, customs authorities, freight forwarders, and warehouses to meet deadlines and documentation requirements.
