I’m a results-driven Finance professional with 2+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, supplier query management, and financial reconciliation within a global retail environment at Tesco. I focus on turning high-volume invoice and payment discrepancies into accurate balances and timely outcomes across the full P2P cycle.

In my role as a Senior Associate for Query Management (Finance), I investigate and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies, debit notes, and credit adjustments while maintaining a zero-backlog target across assigned accounts. I reconcile vendor accounts end-to-end, concurrently owning 6+ P2P finance processes and consistently meeting SLA targets for supplier payment accuracy and query turnaround.

I bring strong analytical and systems capability—leveraging Oracle Fusion, Mainframe (Legacy) systems, and MS Excel—to identify root causes of payment failures and implement corrective actions. I was recognized with the Spotlight Award and promoted within 1.4 years, and I also onboard and train new team members to accelerate ramp-up and strengthen process continuity during transitions.
