What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a retail pharmacy role where I can ensure accurate prescription processing, support compliance through correct documentation, and provide exceptional patient service while completing my PTCB certification and growing within pharmacy operations.

I’m a pharmacy professional with a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Technology (U.S. equivalent: Drug Science) and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering. My background in drug formulation, GMP/USP compliance, and pharmaceutical quality control—along with my PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification in progress (expected 2026)—shapes how I prioritize patient safety, accuracy, and compliant documentation.

In pharmacy operations, I’m comfortable with prescription processing, medication dispensing, dosage calculations, controlled substance handling, and inventory management, supported by GMP-aligned practices like batch records, SOPs, deviation logs, and quality assurance. Alongside this training, my retail experience as a cashier/customer service representative strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, support insurance verification, and deliver empathetic, HIPAA-compliant communication.
