I’m seeking a challenging role where I can lead compliant medical billing, monitor performance to key metrics, handle denied-claim appeals, and contribute to organizational progress—while continuing to expand my knowledge and skills.

I’m a billing and revenue-cycle professional focused on helping organizations progress through compliant, accurate claims work. I’ve built my career by monitoring billing staff activities, assigning tasks, and reviewing claims for accuracy before submission so errors are identified early.

In my current role as a Manager at Arthur Lawrence (Aug 2024 to Present), I guide team members on billing procedures, coding standards, and compliance, and I act as a liaison between the team, managers, and other departments to keep information flow smooth. I also assist with rejected or denied claims and provide solutions to minimize reoccurrences, while monitoring team performance against key metrics and reporting to management.

Previously, as a Team Lead at Physician Revenue Group (Feb 2024 to July 2024) and MOX RCM (March 2022 to Feb 2024), I streamlined billing processes for efficiency, ensured adherence to HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid payer regulations, and kept follow-ups on outstanding claims within a defined time range. I also research and prepare appeals when claims are denied and teleconverse with insurance companies and USA-based doctor clients to drive resolution, while overseeing claims submissions, rejections, and denials and coordinating follow-ups.
