I've progressed from Medical Billing Executive to Senior Billing Executive and Team Lead, handling billing claims, invoice processing, payment posting, ERA and EOB posting, and follow-up on denied claims through insurance calls and portals.
I also train users on AR, onboard new accounts, conduct practice audits, coordinate provider meetings, and use TheraOffice and ECW to support profitability.
