I am a dedicated Sociology graduate with hands-on volunteer experience supporting community wellness programmes for ethnic minorities. I bring strong attention to detail, reliable time management, and practical office administration and customer service skills developed through academic projects and volunteer work.

At the Wellness Centre I assisted in organising activities, supported daily operations, participated in promotion and recruitment, and engaged diverse community members to boost participation. I follow supervision closely, communicate effectively across languages, and adapt to meet members' needs.

I am eager to begin a full-time role in the service sector where I can contribute to mission-driven programmes, continue learning, and grow professionally while supporting vulnerable communities.
