What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can monitor and improve security (SOC, SIEM/log analytics), test and harden systems, and turn network data into actionable detections—while growing with experienced security teams.

I’m driven by a passion for building, securing, and optimizing IT environments, blending network infrastructure knowledge with practical software and systems analysis. Across internships, I’ve transformed raw logs and security signals into actionable insights that improve reliability and reduce risk.

At El-Khawarizmi Computing Center, I built real-time Power BI dashboards using SQL Server and DuckDB to monitor network logs, and I delivered weekly threat intelligence reports via Splunk and the ELK Stack. I used those insights to drive proactive rule updates, significantly reducing security incidents.

I also strengthen defenses through hands-on testing and identity/security engineering, from executing penetration tests with BurpSuite and Nessus to building secure identity federation with SAML, Shibboleth, and LDAP. I bring an investigative mindset from projects like ELK & Suricata IDS monitoring and Windows forensics with Autopsy.
