At Deeb Engineering Industries, I work on LV distribution panels, motors, and control circuits, and support PLC automation tasks. I review panel shop drawings in AutoCAD and prepare Bills of Materials, material requests, and technical documentation.
I initiated and delivered an Electrical Department tool that consolidates panel components from technical offers into a master BOM and generates material requests. I also delivered an attendance logsheet system that replaced paper logsheets across factory departments, with approvals, fingerprint cross-checks, and payroll reports.
For my Alexandria University graduation project, I built a smart home automation system using ESP32 microcontrollers and two-way ESP-NOW communication. I developed embedded firmware and integrated dual IR sensors with a PIR failsafe for occupancy detection.
My internships included work in MEP commissioning at HILL International, plant maintenance at DREEM Company, and automation at MIDOR. I also worked on robotics projects involving ROS, OpenCV, Arduino, and MATLAB.
