I'm transitioning from contracts and tendering engineering into data analysis, with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel. My project work includes analyzing e-commerce customer spending, product profitability, repeat purchases, and returns with MySQL.
I also developed an interactive Power BI sales dashboard using Power Query and a Streamlit dashboard for e-commerce sales and customer analytics. I used RFM analysis and customer segmentation to identify high-value, loyal, at-risk, and inactive customers.
