At BMW Group, I develop and validate computer vision functions for interior camera systems, focusing on Driver Monitoring Systems and Occupant Monitoring Systems.
I designed a privacy-preserving method to detect, plot, and blur car window regions so exterior surroundings are not captured. I've also built gaze-mapping methods between eye-tracking glasses and BMW interior cameras using data generation, extraction, ArUco-marker calibration, and shared coordinate systems.
I create practical tools that make computer vision development easier to evaluate and debug, including an automated trace-analysis pipeline and a GUI-based validation tool. I communicate findings across teams through structured tickets to support feature improvement.
Alongside my work, I'm pursuing a Master's in Robotics, Cognition, Intelligence at the Technical University of Munich, with a focus on machine learning and computer vision. My projects include drone-video analysis for road-user tracking and privacy-preserving pose estimation for operating-room scenarios.
