At Software Productivity Strategists, Inc. (SPS), I design and deploy multi-agent AI systems with IBM watsonx Orchestrate to route employee queries across HR, IT, Accounting, and Documentation.
I develop production AI agents and HR automation workflows that connect LLMs with BMS APIs, MySQL, and SQL Server. I’ve also built RAG, ATS, and voice AI solutions, including an HR policy assistant and an evidence-backed resume scoring engine.
Earlier at SPS, I built an IBM watsonx Assistant for AskHR and a Flask backend connected to MySQL. My projects include a chatbot for querying multiple PDFs and a phishing URL classifier that achieved 85.65% test accuracy.
