I’m a Business Analyst & System Analyst with 11+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale IT solutions across ERP and custom systems. I bridge business needs and technical implementation through requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and end-to-end SDLC delivery.

In my current role as Senior ERP Consultant/ System Analyst at PT Altimeda, I lead the business analysis lifecycle from requirement elicitation to system deployment. I act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure solution alignment.

I’m known for turning complex business problems into structured, testable, and scalable system solutions aligned with organizational objectives. I produce high-quality documentation such as BRD, Business Case, Functional Specification (FSD), and lead UAT sign-off, while designing system models using UML and DFD.

Previously at PT SMESolution (2014–2024), I gathered and analyzed requirements via structured workshops, interviews, and observation, then translated them into functional specifications and workflows. I also supported SIT/UAT, managed system integration and data flow across modules, and improved operational efficiency through process re-engineering and system optimization.
